Step 2: Screening Call

The next step in our hiring process is a short screening call with our Operations Director. Our team will send out a scheduling link by email. The call will be 15 minutes. The goal of this call is to briefly discuss your background, your interest in the position, and the role and our company culture.

Step 3: Assessment

The next step in the process after the screening call is an online written assessment. For certain positions, including accouting and bookkeeping roles, we will ask you to answer some questions that relate to scenarios you may encounter in the role. This helps us see how you think though things and approach the work.

You will receive the assessment link through an email. We ask that you complete the assessment promptly to keep the interview process moving in a timely manner.

Step 4: Panel Interview

The panel interview is a 45-min Zoom video call with team members of your department. We will go deeper on the kinds of questions you saw in the assessment to determine technical ability and team fit. This is also an opportunity for you to ask further questions of us. Please make sure to take the call on a desktop/laptop so we can screenshare with you.

Step 5: References

After the panel interview, we will reach out to the references you provided to us in your application packet. Our team will then comprehensively review the assessment, panel interview, and comments from your references.

Step 6: Final Interview

The final interview will be with our leadership team. This conversation will be targeted more towards topics such as your career goals, expectations for growth, character and culture match, and long-term fit. Generally an offer will be made or not made after this interview.
